Leeds International Film Festival Leeds International Film Festival’s 2022 full return to screening in-person flicks went down a treat, and they’re planning more of the same for their 36th year in 2023. Get ready for a fortnight of big name movies, independent releases and the best cult films across all genres. It’s this stellar combination that has made it one of the biggest events of its kind in the UK, attracting over 40,000 people to 300 events in past editions of the festival. Having worked in some of the most celebrated kitchens in the world, his résumé reads like a ‘Restaurants You Must Visit Before You Die; list, spanning L’enclume, Roganic, Aulis, Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill, Le Carré Gourmand and Mallory Court Hotel, to name a few. The highlight of Harry’s career to date is winning The Roux Scholarship: one of the world’s most prestigious competitions for chefs. He completed his stage at three-star Michelin restaurant Saison in San Francisco, under the tutelage of acclaimed chef, Joshua Skenes. Harry worked closely with legendary Chef Simon Rogan and headed up and ran his kitchens and events globally, he's developed an unrivalled knowledge of what it takes to achieve culinary perfection. Throughout his career, Harry has developed his own cooking style, with a dedicated appreciation for fine seasonal produce, he creates delicious, flavour driven food without too much reliance on technology ad complexity.
